Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your information.

Last updated: 23 September 2026

The short version: we collect only what we need to deliver your purchase and, if you ask for it, send you our free magazine. We never sell your personal information.

1. Who we are

Wellness Hub 910 (“we”, “us”) runs the website wellnesshub910.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. You can reach us at whatworks@wellnesshub910.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Your email address, when you sign up for the free magazine.
  • Your name, email address and phone number, when you buy one of our digital guides.
  • Anything you send us when you write to us for support.

Payment information

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay tells us whether a payment succeeded, the amount, and the contact details you entered at checkout.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site we may collect basic technical information such as your browser, device, pages visited and approximate location. We use cookies and similar tools for this, including the Meta Pixel (see “Cookies and advertising” below).

3. How we use your information

  • To deliver the guide you bought and confirm your payment.
  • To send you the free monthly magazine, only if you asked for it.
  • To answer your questions and handle refund requests.
  • To understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.
  • To keep records we are required to keep for tax and legal reasons.

4. Consent and emails

We add you to the magazine list only when you tick the consent box on the signup form. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us to be removed. Buying a guide does not sign you up for the magazine.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with the services that help us run the business:

  • Razorpay, to process payments.
  • Our email service provider, to send the magazine.
  • Our website hosting provider, to keep the site running.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising measurement.

We do not sell your personal information. These providers may process data on servers outside India. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6. Sensitive topics

Some of our content covers personal health topics, such as men’s sexual health and the menstrual cycle. We treat what you buy and read as private: we do not publish it and we do not sell it. Advertising platforms may learn that a visit or purchase happened through the Meta Pixel. You can limit ad personalisation in your Meta account settings.

7. Cookies and advertising

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the site working and to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta account. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.

8. How long we keep information

We keep purchase and payment records for as long as tax and legal rules require. Magazine subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to help you.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Your rights

Under Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you,
  • ask us to correct or update it,
  • ask us to delete it,
  • withdraw your consent, for example by unsubscribing, and
  • make a complaint about how we handle your information.

Email us and we will reply within 30 days.

11. Children

Our site and guides are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

12. Grievance contact

If you have a complaint about how your information is handled, contact our grievance officer at whatworks@wellnesshub910.com.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
