1. Who we are and who can use this site

This site is operated by Wellness Hub 910, India.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or buy our products.

2. What we offer

• Digital guides sold on this site: What Actually Works — For Men and What Actually Works — For Your Cycle. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, in Indian rupees (INR).
• The 9/10 Monthly, a free monthly magazine sent by email.

We may change prices, content or offerings from time to time. A change does not affect a purchase you have already completed.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. If a payment fails or is not confirmed, you will not receive the guide until it is completed.

4. Delivery

Our guides are digital. After a successful payment you are taken to a download page for the guide you bought. If you cannot access it, email us and we will help. See the Refund Policy for details.

5. Your licence to use the guide

When you buy a guide we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, or distribute it or any part of it, in any format, without our written permission.

6. Health information

Everything on this site and in our products is general information for adults. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from a qualified doctor. Do not ignore or delay medical advice because of something you read here. If you have a health concern, or you are taking medicines, speak to a doctor first.

We do not promise any particular result. Results differ from person to person.

7. Free magazine

The magazine is free and sent only to people who sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. The same health information notice applies to every issue.

8. Ownership

All text, images, design and other material on this site and in our products belong to Wellness Hub 910 or are used with permission. You may not use them without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, copying its content by automated means, or using it for anything unlawful.

10. Limits on our responsibility

We provide the site and our products “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
